By using inforzatech.com, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and not in a way that infringes someone else's rights or restricts their use of the site.

Content on this site — copy, code, design and imagery — is owned by INFORZA TECH or used under licence. You may reference and link to it for non-commercial personal use without prior permission.

Service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed at the start of work. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or contract until that agreement is in place.

Cookie policy

We use cookies and similar storage to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and learn what's useful. You choose what's on when you first visit, and you can change your choice anytime.

Changing your preferences

Clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser, then reload — the consent banner will appear again so you can make new choices. We will re-add a self-service "Cookie settings" link in the footer as soon as the related preferences UI ships.

Privacy summary

We only collect the personal data you knowingly share — name, email, phone and whatever you write in our forms — and we only use it to respond to your request and follow up about related services. We do not sell it.

Form submissions are sent to our team inbox via SendGrid. Optional analytics, if you accept them, run through Google Analytics 4 in IP-anonymised mode.

Under Canadian PIPEDA and (where applicable) the EU GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email info@inforzatech.com with the request and we'll action it within 30 days.

We may update these terms, the cookie policy and the privacy summary from time to time. We'll post the new version here, bump the "last updated" date at the top, and notify retained clients of material changes by email.
